When I founded C.A. Stevens Builders in 1988, I decided to do things differently. But my journey didn’t start there. I have spent over 50 years in the trades—starting with a hammer in my hand and a commitment to doing things the right way, even when it’s the hard way.

I don’t believe in being the biggest builder in the suburbs; I believe in being the most focused. That is why I live by a strict company policy: We only take on no more then three active projects at any given time.
