Stevens Builders was first established in 1988 to address a need for a service not provided by mainstream companies in the industry,as a Home Remodeling Contractor providing quality work at a competitive price. We control our workflow, supervision and overhead by intentionally keeping our total jobs under production to a max of 4 and local to the Chicago area.
This allows us to work closely with our customers to identify their unique requirements, priorities and desires and to accomplish those goals within the set deadlines and budget. We work with experienced local Chicago architects who are able to provide us with designs that fit a variety of design requirements and budgets.
